Our Experience

  Our Philosophies

Our core principle at ACP is to treat every one of our business partners, clients and investors with the utmost care and respect.   Unlike many of our financial executive counterparts who carry themselves with attitude, we at ACP strive to be the "Main Street" investment and advisory firm for clients and investors who have "Wall Street" needs. We consider all of our business counterparts as our partners and every person is treated with the same level of care and respect, from the lowest level administrative assistant to those with "boots on the ground" all the way up to the CEO making the key decisions.

Another one of our core principles is to strip away any egregious and unnecessary fees and expenses that are frequently lining the pockets of the bevy of fund managers, private capital firms, law firms and so many others that are involved in so many project and corporate financings on today's Wall St. There has been exorbitant fee and expense inflation going on for many years now for most Wall St. financings, and at the end of the day, clients and shareholders are the ones which are typically footing these bills.  We at ACP strive to preserve as much value as possible for business owners and capital providers and to avoid paying exbortitant and often unnecessary fees and expenses which we see inherent to most project financings today.  Less is more on a multitude of levels when it comes to project and corporate financings and we truly believe in and abide by this philosophy at ACP.

Finally, we at ACP aim to have an open mind.  We do not dismiss any transaction outright just because it does not fit into a particular bucket or have a particular sponsor or fancy name attached to it.   We are more interested in the transaction itself and how it stands on its merits and of course, the people involved in executing the transactions.  We strive to be super-thoughtful about assessing the market's willingness and ability to absorb our client's transactions.   Legendary basketball coach John Wooden once said, "Be observing constantly. Stay open minded. Be eager to learn and improve."  We at ACP adhere to this philosophy as we do our diligence on transactions.

ACP's team and our advisors have decades of investment banking, sales and trading, investment management, structured products and securization,restructuring/bankruptcy/workout, civil judgment enforcement and last but not least, conventional financial consulting and advisory experience.

ACP, since its inception, has closed over $1BN of transactions on behalf of a variety of clients in a multitude of industries with investors ranging from sophisticated institutions to family offices to retail high net worth investors. ACP has developed a deep sense of trust and loyalty amongst our corporate clients, the banks and finance companies who help finance our transactions as well as our investor networks and we'd be happy for you to confirm that for yourself at the appropriate time!
